Warp Records, for their transition into digital-first operations, needed a modern data infrastructure. I took the platform from concept to production in just 6 months, including near real-time analytics, automated reporting, and seamless integration with their existing creative workflows. The result was a platform that enabled the business to make data-driven decisions regarding physical stock and sales (vinyl, cd, cassettes) and streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) and improve their operational efficiency.

Graze's growing dtc customer base demanded sophisticated analytics capabilities. We built a comprehensive reporting suite that processes millions of events each day, providing daily insights for the business stakeholders to create invaluable revenue generation oppurtunities. Further, the pipelines powered machine learning models that drove personalization and recommendations across their entire product offering, reducing churn and increasing revenue.
